Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all quotes, bookings, transportation, transfer, logistics coordination, and related services (“Services”) provided by RUSLAN WITH PARTNERS LLC, doing business as AmeriLink Transit (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By requesting, booking, paying for, or using the Services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
We provide and/or arrange ground transportation, transfers, and related logistics. Depending on the booking, Services may be performed by Company personnel, independent contractors, or third-party carriers/partners. We may subcontract performance in whole or in part. Unless expressly stated in writing, we act as a transportation arranger/coordinator and not as an insurer of cargo or passengers.
2. Quotes, Bookings & Changes
Quotes are estimates based on information you provide and are not guarantees of availability. A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation (email or text). Changes to time, route, passengers, luggage, or cargo may adjust price and availability. Wait time, after-hours dispatch, tolls, parking, airport fees, and surcharges may be billed separately when incurred.
3. Client Obligations
You represent that all booking and billing information is accurate and that you are authorized to make payment. You must provide complete pickup/drop-off details, passenger counts, and any special requirements in advance. Hazardous materials, illegal goods, and unsafe conduct are prohibited. You are responsible for passenger conduct and for securing personal property.
4. Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice or payment link. Cards are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card data is submitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. By paying, you authorize charges for the agreed amount plus any documented add-ons. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension of Services and collection activity. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be contested with supporting booking records.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full or in part as stated in that policy or your booking confirmation.
6. No Guaranteed Arrival Times
We endeavor to meet scheduled times but do not guarantee arrival or departure times. Traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, airport operations, force majeure, and third-party delays may affect schedule. We are not liable for missed flights, connections, meetings, or consequential losses arising from delay.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Illinois and applicable U.S. law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific trip or job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed travel, or business interruption. 8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, drivers, contractors, and partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information, prohibited items, passenger misconduct, or your misuse of the Services, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
9. Intellectual Property & Website
Website content, branding, and materials are owned by the Company. Payment links are private and may not be published, scraped, or shared publicly. Unauthorized access or misuse of payment endpoints is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Before filing suit, parties shall attempt good-faith resolution by email to rnazarevskiy@gmail.com within thirty (30) days.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use of Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future bookings.
