- Contact & booking data: name, email, phone, pickup/drop-off details, trip notes.
- Billing data: billing name, billing address, email, phone. Payment card numbers are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Payment records: amount, currency, status, Stripe payment identifiers, failure reasons, and related metadata.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic server logs needed for security and fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, arrange, and support transportation Services.
- To process payments, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and manage disputes/chargebacks.
- To communicate about bookings, changes, and customer support.
- To comply with law, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
- To protect the Company, clients, drivers, and the public against misuse or illegal activity.
3. Sharing
We may share information with: (a) Stripe and other payment processors; (b) drivers, dispatch partners, and subcontractors as needed to perform a booking; (c) professional advisors; (d) authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and (e) successors in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
4. Payments & Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect device, card, and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy policy. We receive payment status and limited billing details necessary for our records and dispute defense.
5. Retention
We retain booking and payment records as long as needed for operations, fraud prevention, chargeback defense, tax, and legal compliance — typically for a minimum of seven (7) years unless a longer period is required.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. Payment pages are access-controlled by private links.
7. Your Choices
You may request access to or correction of your contact information by emailing rnazarevskiy@gmail.com. We may retain information needed for legitimate business and legal purposes, including completed transactions and dispute records.
8. Children
Services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
